Big Idea Grant – Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the application and receipt of the Big Idea Grant (“Grant”) offered by Yippity Doo LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By applying, you (“Applicant”) agree to abide by the following terms:

1. Overview

• Yippity Doo LLC awards the following each cycle:
  • One $1,000 grant each month to a for-profit business
  • One $1,000 grant every other month to a non-profit business
• This is a privately funded business grant, not associated with any corporate sponsor or non-profit organization.

2. Eligibility

• Applicants must be 18 years or older
• Applicants must reside and operate within the United States
• For for-profit applicants: Business must be at least 50% woman-owned and woman-run
• Non-profit applicants must be registered 501(c)(3) organizations
• Businesses can be operational or in the idea/startup stage
• Only one application per business per month is allowed
• There are NO REFUNDS for the application fee if you are not chosen.

3. Application & Evaluation

• Applications are due by 11:59 PM PT on the last day of each month
• A non-refundable $15 application fee is required
• All applicants receive:
  • Free Success Mindset Coaching
  • Free 3-month Business Directory Listing

Evaluation Criteria

Note: Final selection is at the sole discretion of Yippity Doo LLC. All decisions are final.

4. Notification & Acceptance

• Winners will be notified via email on or around the 15th of each month
• You must respond to accept the grant within 7 business days
• You will receive a grant agreement to sign within 5 business days
• Failure to respond or sign within the deadlines may result in forfeiture

5. Disbursement of Funds

• Grants are disbursed via ACH direct deposit
• Recipients must provide:
  • Legal business name
  • Bank routing number
  • Bank account number
• All banking information is kept confidential and handled only by one authorized team member
• Funds will be initiated within 2–3 business days of receiving the signed agreement (bank processing times may vary)

6. Use of Funds

This is a no-strings-attached business grant. Funds may be used for any business-related expenses including marketing, product development, inventory, education, or operations.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

• We do not sell or share your personal or financial information
• Data is used only to evaluate applications and process payments securely
• Anonymized applicant insights may be used for marketing or research

8. Limitation of Liability

Yippity Doo LLC is not responsible for any losses or damages that may occur in connection with applying to or receiving this Grant.

9. Program Changes

• We reserve the right to:
  • Modify or cancel the program at any time
  • Change evaluation or eligibility criteria
  • Decline any application at our sole discretion

11. Legal and Tax Disclosures

• Recipients are solely responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the giving or receiving of private business grants.
• Yippity Doo LLC assumes no responsibility for determining the legality of your participation in this program in your specific jurisdiction.
• Any and all tax liabilities or reporting obligations resulting from receipt of a grant are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Please consult your tax advisor for guidance.
• All recipients are required to sign a Grant Agreement prior to disbursement, which outlines permitted use of funds, privacy terms, and compliance expectations.
