Our promise: Your purchase gets you a finished one-page website you can download. If it doesn’t work as described, we’ll make it right.
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:
Your website cannot be unlocked, generated, or downloaded, and we are unable to resolve the issue.
Your downloaded website file does not open or function as described, and we are unable to correct the problem.
Your purchase includes:
Two revisions to your website.
Free style changes to help you achieve the look you want.
A downloadable one-page website that you can use with your own hosting provider.
If you’re unhappy with the wording, layout, or appearance of your website, we encourage you to use your included revisions before requesting a refund.
Because Websites Made Easy provides a downloadable digital product, we cannot offer refunds simply because you’ve changed your mind after successfully downloading a functioning website.
Please note that domain names, web hosting, and other services purchased through third-party companies are subject to those companies’ individual refund policies.
The Big Idea Grant is a privately funded program operated by YippityDoo LLC to support women entrepreneurs and their businesses.
Our standard application fee is $15 per submission. This fee helps cover the administrative costs of processing, managing, and reviewing applications, allowing us to continue offering grant opportunities.
No. Big Idea Grant application fees are nonrefundable.
The application fee covers participation in the application and review process and does not guarantee that an applicant will receive grant funding.
Application fees are not refunded simply because an applicant:
Is not selected as a grant recipient.
Chooses to withdraw an application.
Changes their mind after submitting.
Wishes to apply during a different grant cycle.
If you believe you’ve been charged more than once by mistake, or a technical error prevented your application from being submitted after payment, please contact us so we can investigate and correct the issue as appropriate.
Any refunds required by applicable law will be honored.
We understand that many entrepreneurs face financial challenges, particularly when starting or growing a business.
However, we do not ordinarily offer application fee waivers based solely on financial hardship.
If the $15 application fee is not within your budget right now, we encourage you to apply during a future grant cycle when your financial circumstances allow.
Our grants are offered regularly, and we welcome you to apply when the timing is right for you.
We believe that every entrepreneur deserves encouragement and opportunities to grow, and we work to keep our application fee as affordable as possible while sustaining the program.

Your name.
The product or service purchased.
Your purchase date, if available.
A brief description of the problem.
We aim to respond within 3 business days.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time required for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
